Calibre Consulting Engineers (SA) Pty Ltd is 100% South African, PDI owned and controlled. We believe in meaningful participation by Black people in the economy of the country, in line with South African demographics, however still acknowledging the technical strengths of the other race. Our philosophical premise is that of adding value through operational involvement, at the same time striking a balance between social and commercial dictates of our business. The organization is under the leadership of Black Professional individuals who are members of the South African Black Technical and Allied Careers Organisation (SABTACO) and the Black Women organisation (WBO).

Improve the technological resource skills base of its team through resources such as the updated engineering standards, library of practicing engineering manuals, membership of respective professional institutions and attending conferences.
